The shampoo comes in a black bottle while the conditioner is in a similar looking white bottle.

Both bottles have a flip cap which is easy to use in the shower but not travel friendly - but I guess that is OK, I don't carry such big bottles with me when I'm travelling.

Both the shampoo and conditioner smell divine. I love fragrant bath and body products and this meets my requirement to the T!

The shampoo lathers well, leaves the hair soft and smooth. The conditioners helps soften hair helping with problems caused by hard-water. I think with regular use split ends might be prevented because it is non-drying. Regarding the claim of having 96% less split ends with 3 washes - I cannot see any split ends in my hair at the moment but is it really because of washing with the TRESemme Split Remedy shampoo and conditioner - I hope so but I can't be sure. If I don't get any split ends even after two months then I'll be super duper happy.

Shampoo has some shimmer in it - I've recently noticed a lot of brands have come out with this kind of texture and look in their shampoos.

I would rate this shampoo & conditioner a 8/10 

I am deducting a two points because this gives me poofy hair - its extremely soft to touch but doesn't look smooth because it just poofs up like crazy! I dream of soft hair that looks smooth too - I mean silky straight and healthy looking, still waiting for something to help me get that fab look without any styling at all - waking up to such hair!
