Fashion Post - OOTD - My Floral Gypsy

Hi friends, I got so much love on my red carpet outfit post that here I am a bit more confident of sharing another outfit of the day with you.

For a day out in the hot summers I opted for a light chiffon shirt in plain white and teamed it up with a bright bold floral skirt.

The skirt has a zippered closing and a smart plain pleat near the left knee. The length is just appropriate,  not too much of skin show and yet short enough to let your legs breathe.

I carried my phone and some essentials in this envelope clutch which has a nautical anchor pattern. I think it went well with my outfit.

For the feet I chose to wear my current favorite white sandals which I love for their ankle strap pattern.

I kept the makeup simple with bold red lips and tried to tame my tresses as best as I could. Not sure if you've noticed I got a haircut sometime back.  I love it when my hair is ironed out but otherwise it can turn into a monster with a mind of its own!

The top is actually a really short dress in super soft chiffon.

Skirt - American Swan (the fabric is soft cotton, I am impressed with the quality of their fabric, online shopping made worthwhile by good quality products!)
